Motherboards, colloquially known as mobos, are often called the ‘heart’ of a PC. Motherboards are essentially just a circuit board which facilitates the communication between each of the different components of a PC build (e.g. a processor and a memory stick). Along with a processor, a motherboard is arguably one of the most important components in a PC build. This leads to there being thousands of motherboard options on the market, which makes it incredibly hard to sift through the options and find the best motherboard for you.
